SNOT-22 Questionnaire COVID-19 Update

Participants who are not attending a 12 month follow up visit in clinic (or have historically not attended a 6 or 12 month appointment within the schedule window), should be asked to complete the SNOT-22 questionnaire via one of these alternative means:

• Online (the online platform used for the SNOT-22 questionnaires is CASTOR EDC)
• On paper, via post
• Via email
• Transcribed via telephone
