A patient and public involvement (PPI) group has been involved in the design and planning of the trial from the start.

The ongoing role of the PPI group will be to find the best way to recruit participants and give input on patient information.

A member of the PPI group will also take part in the Trial Steering Committee which monitors trial progress and conduct.
